Masvingo – The stage is set for the Lowveld Agricultural Show & Trade Fair 2025 Edition, an event poised to be one of the biggest highlights on Zimbabwe’s business and agricultural calendar. Running from Thursday, July 31 to Saturday, August 2, 2025, the fair promises an extraordinary mix of exhibitions, networking, and family entertainment.
This year’s edition has attracted a record number of government departments, parastatals, corporates, SMEs, and regional institutions, all eager to showcase their services, products, and cutting-edge technologies. Exhibitors are already arriving in the Lowveld, setting up for what is expected to be a full-capacity show.
“We’re thrilled by the overwhelming response. Registrations are coming in thick and fast, and we’re confident that this year’s event will surpass expectations,” said Mr. G. Murindagomo, Chairman of the Lowveld Show Society (LSS).
The Show offers more than just exhibitions it provides a powerful platform for networking and collaboration. On Friday, August 1, a high-level Business Conference will be held at Clevers Hotel, starting at 1800hrs and followed by dinner. The conference is designed to foster dialogue among industry leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs, exploring pathways for inclusive growth and development.
Saturday will be a Family Day extravaganza, beginning with a lively procession from Chitsanga Hall at 0800hrs. Corporate-branded vehicles will add colour and flair as they march through town to the showground.
The Official Opening Ceremony will begin at 1200hrs, followed by a keynote address from the Guest of Honour at 1315hrs, prize-giving, and live entertainment. The day and the Show itself will culminate in a breathtaking Fireworks Display at 1815hrs, lighting up the Lowveld skies.
With its rich blend of exhibitions, learning opportunities, and entertainment, the Lowveld Agricultural Show & Trade Fair 2025 is set to reaffirm its status as a premier event for business growth, cultural exchange, and community celebration.
